Overview
Use the License Plan screen to to view your current product plan and monitor the status of current endpoint licenses.
Considerations
Only administrators with the Billing Admin role can view and update billing information.
License Plan
To view License Plan, go to Administration > Status > License Plan.
The License Plan screen includes information about:
- Your current product plan
- The number of endpoint licenses purchased and in use
- License expiration dates
The information in the License Plan screen reflects your product plan. To change your CrashPlan product plan, see our article Change your CrashPlan product plan.
Essential, Professional, Enterprise, Small Business, and MSPs (e-commerce)

Name of product plan to which you currently subscribe. |
b | Cloud | Displays your current cloud environment. |
c | Registration Key |
Your CrashPlan environment's registration key. |
d | Billing notification user |
The designated email where receipts and other billing notices are sent. You can change this email in the Payment portal. |
e | Licensing and Billing |
Shows the number of licenses purchased and in use, as well as the next billing date and estimated charge at the time of the next renewal. Note that for CrashPlan for Small Business customers, licenses are device-based (number of users does not matter). All other product licenses are user-based (and number of devices per user is determined by your plan). |
