Overview
Use the License Plan screen to to view your current product plan and monitor the status of current endpoint licenses.
Considerations
Only administrators with the Billing Admin role can view and update billing information.
License Plan
To view License Plan, go to Administration > Status > License Plan.
The License Plan screen includes information about:
- Your current product plan
- The number of endpoint licenses purchased and in use
- License expiration dates
The information in the License Plan screen reflects your product plan. To change your CrashPlan product plan, see our article Change your CrashPlan product plan.
CrashPlan for Small Business

The number of licenses purchased and in use, as well as the terms of the plan purchased. Licenses In Use includes any user with a backup archive. You can click Update Payment Info to change your payment method, or Change Plan to move to a different CrashPlan product plan or add additional users. |
