Overview
Use the License Plan screen to to view your current product plan and monitor the status of current endpoint licenses.
Considerations
Only administrators with the Customer Cloud Admin or Billing Admin role can view and update billing information.
License Plan
To view License Plan, go to Administration > Status > License Plan.
The License Plan screen includes information about:
- Your current product plan
- The number of endpoint licenses purchased and in use
- License expiration dates
The information in the License Plan screen reflects your product plan. The information on this screen varies depending on whether you manage your subscription online or through a direct billing contract.
Online Subscriptions

| a | Product plan | Name of product plan to which you currently subscribe. |
| b | Cloud | Displays your current cloud environment. |
| c | Registration Key | Your CrashPlan environment's registration key. For internal purposes only. |
| d | Billing notification user | The designated email where receipts and other billing notices are sent. To change this, contact our technical support team. |
| e | Licensing and Billing | Shows the number of licenses purchased and in use, as well as the next billing date and estimated charge at the time of the next renewal. |
| f | Manage Account | Opens a page to view your subscription details, update payment info, and download invoices |
| g | Change Plan | This pops open a dialog box to change your plan |
| h | Add Product | As applicable, adding other CrashPlan products to your plan |
Direct-Billed Subscriptions

| d | Licenses | The number of licenses (Seats) purchased, available and in use, and the term of the plan purchased. Seats used includes active users with a backup archive as well as deactivated users with archives in cold storage. |
