Console submenu appears greyed out and non-interactive

Problem

When opening a submenu in the CrashPlan console, the browser window appears greyed out. Clicking anywhere in the tab causes the submenu to close, blocking interaction with it.

Resolution

1. Disable browser extensions which impact page rendering, such as ad-blockers, or exclude them from operating on the crashplan.com domain.

   For example, the 'Trend Micro Toolbar' extension has been confirmed to cause this issue when enabled. 

2. If the issue persists, try reopening the CrashPlan console using an incognito or private browser window, or in another web browser.
3. If still unresolved, contact our technical support team. Include details about the operating system, browser, and extensions in use when the issue occurs.

Cause

Upon opening a submenu in the console, a grey layer renders behind the opened submenu. When a rendering error occurs on the page, such as a browser extension conflict, the layer renders over the submenu rather than behind it.
