CrashPlan provides a suite of backup and recovery solutions, protecting everything from local endpoints and servers to cloud environments like Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
This article explains the differences between our Products (the specific tools you use to back up different types of data) and our Subscription Plans (the feature tiers, billing structures, and support levels attached to those products).

console.crashplan.com.Platform family: The unified suite of tools for cloud, endpoint, and server protection. Managed via an account-specific portal unique to your organization (e.g.,

Where do I manage my backups?
If you only use Classic Endpoint: You will use a single console (
console.crashplan.com).If you only use Platform products: You will use a single console via your organization's unique portal URL.
Lost your portal URL? Check your initial welcome email, contact your administrator, or our support team.If you have a mix of products (e.g., Classic Endpoint + Microsoft 365): You will use two different consoles, one for endpoint management and one for cloud backups.
