Some devices on my CrashPlan for Small Business account back up to CrashPlan Central and others back up to CrashPlan PRO Online. Why does this happen and what's the difference between these destinations?

There is no functional difference between these destinations. CrashPlan Central and CrashPlan PRO Online are two cloud destination names that refer to the same set of servers in CrashPlan for Small Business. The name used by a backup on this destination depends on when it was created:
- CrashPlan Central: The destination name used by backups that were originally created in CrashPlan for Home and migrated to CrashPlan for Small Business after the Home was retired.
- CrashPlan PRO Online: The destination name used by backups created in CrashPlan for Small Business.
