Due to an upgrade issue with CrashPlan version 11.2.0 on Windows, we temporarily pulled Windows installers for the release and temporarily disabled upgrades. Our development team has fixed the issue, and upgrades will resume.
On MacOS, administrators have reported issues with the uninstaller script failing to run as expected, as well as network excludes failing to apply on some endpoints. These issues will be addressed in an upcoming 11.2.1 patch release for MacOS. In the meantime, the uninstall script in the 11.2.0 installation package still works as expected.
Linux devices are not affected by any of the issues mentioned and the 11.2.0 installer continues to be available.
