Overview
Sign in to the CrashPlan app to start backups if you're a new user or continue backups if you already have a user account. For information about signing into the CrashPlan console, see Sign in to the CrashPlan console.

To sign in to the CrashPlan app, you need to know the server address that you are attempting to connect to. The address you connect to depends on your region.

Contact your administrator or reach out to support if you're not sure which URL to use. |
If you receive a connection error when you attempt to sign in, test your network connection to diagnose the problem.
Sign in to CrashPlan
Use the Sign in to CrashPlan screen to sign in if your user account has already been created.

Enter your CrashPlan username. CrashPlan cloud usernames must be valid email addresses. If your company uses single sign-on (SSO) or LDAP, your CrashPlan username matches your SSO or LDAP username. Typically, this is the same username that you use to sign in to your computer. |

Enter the address of the CrashPlan server. |
c | Continue | Click to continue to the password prompt. Next, enter your password to sign in to your user account. |
