We send email reports to provide information about your devices' backups. If you've changed the default settings for one or more devices, you might receive separate backup report emails at different times of day. This article explains how to combine multiple CrashPlan backup reports into a single email.
This article assumes that you have permission to configure your Device Backup Settings. However, your administrator may disable the ability to edit this setting.
To combine emails, set all of your device backup reports to the same delivery time:
- Sign in to the CrashPlan console.
- Select Devices > Active.
- Click on a device to open Device details.
- Select the action menu.
- Click Edit.
Device Backup Settings appears.
- Select Reporting.
- Next to Delivery time, select the delivery time you want.
- Click Save.
- Repeat these steps on each of your devices to configure the same delivery time.
