Restore Tree Not Visible On Restore Screen

When you initiate several separate restores from the CrashPlan app, the restore tree may not be visible for further restores. This tutorial details methods for resolving the issue.

Under the hood

As you restore your files, the CrashPlan app displays a progress bar showing the current status of your restore.

Restore Progress BarWhen the restore completes, the record of the restore remains in the restore status section until you remove it. For each additional restore that you perform, a new progress bar is added, which reduces the available space in the CrashPlan app.

Click X next to the previous restores to remove them from your Restore Status.
