Create An Account For Logging Support Tickets

Overview

Before you can view your support request, you must create an account in the Code42 help system. This account differs from your CrashPlan account and therefore requires different login credentials.

Steps

To create an account:

  1. Click the link in the email response to your support request, or go to the Code42 help site
  2. Click sign up from the upper right

Create Account

  1. Enter your full name
  2. Enter your email address
    A link is sent to the email address you enter
  3. (optional) Enter you Twitter account username
  4. Type the verification information exactly as shown
    Click Two other words please to refresh the verification information, or I want audio instead to download an mp3
  5. Click Sign me up to begin tracking your current issues or create a new support ticket

Review your tickets

  1. Go to the Code42 help site
  2. Click login and enter your account information
  3. Click Check Your Existing Requests
