Scheduled Maintenance

To ensure the security, quality, and reliability of Code42 products, we schedule a monthly maintenance window for our websites and cloud. During scheduled maintenance, you may experience a temporary interruption in services. However, Code42 makes every effort to minimize disruption during these periods. Additionally, we will post announcements on our support forum prior to scheduled maintenance so that you can plan accordingly.

Scheduled maintenance window

Maintenance is scheduled for the first Tuesday of every month at 6:00 AM CST (-06:00 UTC). During daylight saving time, maintenance is scheduled for 6:00 AM CDT (-05:00 UTC).

Times are based on the local time for our headquarters in Minneapolis.

Note: Additional maintenance may be scheduled as needed. We will post announcements or notify impacted customers about scheduled maintenance occurring outside this window in advance.

Communication and maintenance details

Details and expectations for scheduled maintenance events are posted to our support forum prior to the scheduled period. In the event of an interruption of service, we will post a notification on the affected services.
